He was predeceased by: his parents, James Varga and Sophie Varga; his wife Ann Varga (Griffin); and his siblings, James Varga, John Varga and Sophie Nelson.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Varga, Jr. (Kathleen) of North Brunswick, Joseph Varga (Peggy) of North Brunswick, Carol Varga-Perry of North Brunswick and Gina Gregg (Glenn) of Blue Anchor. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
