It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emilio Martinez (North Brunswick, New Jersey), who passed away on December 27, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolas Martinez and Maria Elena Martinez; and his siblings, Margaro, Tomas, Marcos Martinez, Josefa Fuentes and Sisa DeHoyas.
He is survived by: his wife Margarita Martinez; his children, Emilio Martinez Jr., Nancy Garcia (Michael), Eduardo Martinez and Yazmin Martinez; his siblings, Juan Martinez (Juanita), Ralph Martinez (Gladys) and Ramona Torres (Benny); his grandchildren, Emilio, Louis, Yaneliz, Jordan, Brianna, Sierra, Allison, Michael, Mila and Lucca; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Jordan, Jeaneliz and Scarlet.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gleason Funeral Home of North Brunswick (555 Georges Rd, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Peace Church (277 Washington Pl, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902). A graveside service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery - North Arlington (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
