She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carpenter and Flossie Eaddy Carpenter; and her siblings, Cleo, William, James, Nathaniel Carpenter and Rosa Lee Dickerson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lakisha Carpenter (Shirley Carpenter) and Demetria Clark (Quincy) of Burlington; her siblings, John Carpenter (Paulette) of Littleton, Doretha Carroll of New Brunswick and Florine Foster (Zachary) of South River; her grandchildren, Quaneeka, Yamika, Yakira, Tynaria, Tyquan, Kiara, Janiya, Tamia, King and Karter; and her great grandchildren, Nirvana, Ariya, Bria, Messiace and Siyana.
