He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Tomaso and Mary Tomaso (Kinsey); and his siblings, Raymond Tomaso and Ellen Rose Fiorello (Leonard). He is survived by: his wife Lucille (Comunale); his children, Denise Brigandi (Matt) of Milltown and Dennis Tomaso, Jr. (Donna) of Waxhaw, NC; his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Christopher Brigandi, Dennis Anthony Tomaso and Christine Tomaso; his great grandchild Barrett Lee Tomaso; and his sister-in-law Joan Vivadelli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
