He is survived by: his daughter Mary Colleen Owens (William Haines Owens); his grandchildren, Fiona Claire Owens and Liam Douglas Owens of Lutherville; his nephews, Robert Douglas Owens of Hunt Valley and Thomas Coleman Owens of Hunt Valley; his niece Robin Claire Comotto of Towson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, William Comotto, Allison Comotto, Samuel Owens, Mathew Owens and Nicholas Owens.
