He is survived by: his parents, Olga Cleopatria Murillo and Pedro Aurelio Melendrez; his wife Maria Melendrez; and his sons, Christopher and Elvin Melendrez.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Barquin Funeral Home (7101 Broadway, North Bergen, NJ 07093). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary RC Church (569 65th St, West New York, NJ 07093).
