It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucia Velez (North Bergen, New Jersey), who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tomas Fraga and Ana Gonzalez; her grandparents, Clarita and Tomas Fraga Sr. Lucia; her husband Delfin Velez; her daughters, Anabelle Forte (Arnaldo) and Lucy Velez; and her grandsons, Lucas Guzman, Arnie Forte Jr. and Andre Forte.
