He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard A. Lee and Vera Lee; and his parents-in-law, Mayor Anthony M. DeFino and Patricia M. DeFino. He is survived by: his wife Nicole DeFino-Lee; his daughter Isabella V. Lee; his brother Kenneth Lee; his sister-in-law LaDisha Lee; his nieces and nephews, Amir Lee, Davon Lee, Malia Lee, Darius Lozado, Aaron Lozado, Tamia DeFino and Krista DeFino; his sister-in-law Sunilda G. Martinez (Louis Martinez); his niece Vanessa Perez; and his nephew Louis J. Martinez.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Vainieri Funeral Home (5923 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Bergen, NJ 07047). A Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (6502 Jackson St, West New York, NJ 07093).
