He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Ludmer and Alice "Alicia" Brueggeworth; and his stepfather Eugene "Geno" Brueggeworth. He is survived by: his significant other Jill Elliot; his son Joshua Ludmer (Lauren); his grandchildren, Owen and Morgan; his daughter Alyson Waldron (Brian); his grandchildren, Jack and Shea; and his sister Barbara Seaton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Oaxaca Youth Empowerment General Fund or Columbia University School of Social Work for student textbooks in Ken's honor.
