He was predeceased by: his siblings, Hagop, Aram and Migerdich Korogluyans. He is survived by: his sister Rozin Gunduz; and his children, Seta Burucuoglu, Murat Koroglu and Bulent Koroglu. He is also survived by his wife of 68 years and his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
