He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Rodriguez and Manuel Ortiz; and his wife Zoila Rosa Ortiz. He is survived by: his children, Luis, Vicente, Rosa, Maria, Manuel, Leo, Carlos and Rocio Ortiz. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
