He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eileen (Kelly); his children, Grace Rin (Fidencio), Patricia Goncalves (Jose) and William E. Gallagher; his grandchildren, David Rin, Steven Gallagher (Leslie), Clarinda Cruz (Anthony), Stefanie and Sabrina Goncalves; his great grandchild Zane Gallagher; and his siblings, James Gallagher and Alice Noble.
