He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carol Ruark (Barry) and James Franco. He is survived by: his wife Janice A. Franco; his siblings, Sam Franco (Hatty), Beverly Izdebski (late Alexander), Richard Franco (Mary), Joseph Franco (Cathy) and Mary Bing (late George); and his nieces and nephews, Shannon Bennett and Meeghan Killeen.
