He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Talone and Peter Talone; and his wife Teresa Talone. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Vaclavik (Larry), Patricia Kuczek (Stephen) and Philip Talone (Ann); his grandchildren, Dr. Alex Vaclavik, Dr. Jude Vaclavik, Jacqueline Daly, Max Vaclavik, Stephanie Gonzalez, Kateri Vaclavik, Tech. Sergeant Christopher Kuczek, Philip M. Talone and Hunter Talone; his great grandchildren, Madison Daly, Elizabeth P. Vaclavik, Linus Vaclavik, Jackson Daly, Charles Vaclavik, Marigold Vaclavik, Mary Vaclavik and Vivienne Gonzalez; and his sister Mary Goodwin.
