He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Horta and Hortencia Horta. He is survived by: his sister Anna Maria Horta; his uncle Alberto Abrantes (Ducilia); and his godparent Luci Verbesky. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Due to the restrictions recently placed on occupancy in public spaces by the State of New Jersey in the ongoing efforts to limit the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Jack's funeral arrangements are still limited.
