She was predeceased by: her husband Franciszek. She is survived by: her children, Janina Lewczuk (Feliks), Matthew (Halina), Tadeusz (Terrilin) and Czeslawa O'neil; and her sister Alexandra Marciniak. She is also survived by grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, Harrison, NJ in care of the funeral home, in loving memory of Czeslawa.
