He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Hoyt; and his sister Martha Brown. He is survived by: his wife Clair Hoyt; his children, Jessica and Christopher Hoyt; his sisters, Diane Kozlowski (Tom) and Ginger Hoyt (Noreen Schifini); his siblings-in-law, Patricia Awad, Elizabeth Armellino (Mark), Thomas Braney (Sharon) and Bob Kozlowski (Diane); his mother-in-law Clara Braney; and his nieces and nephews, Andrew Kozlowski (Christina), Daniel Kozlowski (Kristen O'Neill), James, Nicholas Awad, Thomas, Joseph Braney, Ron (Kristin), Kelly, Mark, Taylor Armellino, Evan, Adam and Lyla.
