Perchun (Christine) and Carol Ann Kukowski (Kevin); her grandchildren, Melissa Hodgson (David), Nicole Cavaliere, Christopher Kukowski and Elizabeth Perchun; her great grandchild Jude Michael; her sisters, Mary Messeri and Arlene Hansen; and her aunt Ann Campanelli. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
