He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Norma Ortiz; his children, Alex Ortiz (Olga) of Dover, Hector Ortiz (Kathy) of Dover, Marlene Ortiz-Perez and Marisol Ortiz of Florida; and his grandchildren, Alexia, Kevin, Angelina, Justin, Arianna, Ava, Amaiya, Annalie and Iyla. He was also cherished by his children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Norman Dean Home (16 Righter Ave, Denville, NJ 07834). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Cecilia Church (90 Church St, Rockaway, NJ 07866).
