Garcia of Newtonville, New Jersey, born in Maple Shade, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 73, on August 15, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, C. James Graff and Mae Graff; and her sisters, LeAnna and Janie. She is survived by: her husband Franklin M. Garcia; and her brother Bill Graff of Utah.
