He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Peletsky and Carol Peletsky. He is survived by: his wife Janet Peletsky; his children, Anthony Pelestsky III (Samantha Brancato) and Nikki Peletsky (Joe Galvin); his siblings, Chris Ammann (Beth Ammann), Mellisa Murphy (Daniel Murphy), Carol Lynn Peletsky, Deanna Martin (Fran Martin) and Joyce Wood (Jason Wood); his grandchild Bristol Shay Galvin; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly, Kristi, Melli, Jessica, Lindy, Matt, Brittany, Nichole, Jessie, Chris, Kyleigh, Connor, Rylee, Audrina, Ava and Jules.
