With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia B. Anderson (Newton, New Jersey), born in Covington, Virginia, who passed away on May 15, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmother Pen Pal; her parents, Ellis J. Barlow and Rowena Barlow; her husband Richard H. Anderson; her sons, Todd Anderson (Cathy) of Frederick and Eric Anderson of Occidental; and her grandson Spencer Jones.
