It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger Lee Swinson Sr. (Newton, New Jersey), who passed away on July 4, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Carrie Mae Jones; his son Roger Lee Swinson, Jr.; and his brothers, Lee Thomas Jones and Walter Swinson. He is survived by: his wife Joy Swinson; his children, Quincy Swinson, Antonial Swinson, Shawn Blair and Michelle Swinson; and his grandchildren, Erin Downes, Joshua Sheldon, Antonial Swinson Jr., Marcus Swinson, Kyle Swinson, Brandon Christy, Rosalynn Swinson, Saniya Swinson and Baby Joy Swinson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Roger's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
