With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita A. Maloney of Newton, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on February 23, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leen and Rita Leen (Smith); and her husband Thomas Maloney. She is survived by: her daughter Laura Maloney of Newton; and her sisters, Carole Brezzi (Donato) of Brick and Nancy Ellersick of Brick. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and several loving extended family.

Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers can be made in her honor to the Salvation Army or the charity of your choice.
