He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Kelly; and his wife Shirley Marie Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Philip Kelly Jr. (Jenifer), Steve Kelly (Wendy), Sharon Lee and Coleen Myers (Michael); and his grandchildren, Matt, Shane, Peter, Jack, Harold and Sheila. He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren.
