He was predeceased by: his mothers, Margaret Belder (Henderson) and Dorothy Kubis Belder (Lorraine Richardson Belder); and his close friend Patricia A. Toye. He is survived by: his children, Peter D. Fox, Tesha Perry, Laura Lee Belder-Lopez and Arlena Monteleone. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
