He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Carr; his significant other's son Rick Fichter of Newton; his siblings, Mark Offerman (Joanne) of Cranberry Lake, Michael Offerman of Rockaway and Elizabeth Robertson of Budd Lake; and his nephew Matthias Offerman of Virginia. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
