We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2019, at the age of 87, Marian Brown Mearns (Newton, New Jersey), born in Trenton, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Courtney P. Brown and Elizabeth Brown; and her children, Elizabeth Mearns Klein and George Avery Mearns. She is survived by: her husband Al Mearns; her daughters, Rev. Ellen Bechtold (Steven) and Susan Stobie (Gavin III); her children-in-law, Cindy Hansen and Erich Klein; her grandchildren, Erich Max Klein (Kamm), Peter Klein, Allison Dutrey (Rob), Sarah Bechtold Guenter, Seth Bechtold (Anna), Krissy Mihail (Jon), Andrew Mearns, Megan Mancini (Nate), Gavin Stobie IV, Bethany DeWalt (Jacob) and Hannah Stobie; her great grandchildren, Cole, Kennedy Klein, Ella, Nina, Luke Dutrey, Jason, Ethan Guenter, Amelia, Colin Bechtold and Jonah Mihail; and her siblings, Louine King and Courtney Brown, Jr. (Joan).
