She was predeceased by: her father James Whelan; her husband Clinton M. Cook; her former husband Raymond Sooley; her daughter Joyce Sylvester (William); and her siblings, Elizabeth Boyle, Thomas and James Whelan.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Sooley (Donna) and Carol Dietz; her grandchildren, Timothy Sooley, Bridget Liebes, Michael Sylvester, Maggie Sylvester, Zakkary Dietz and Autumn Dietz; and her great grandchildren, Norah Liebes and Molly Liebes.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Margaret's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
