He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Isabelle Perenic; his son Steven J. Perenic; his grandson James J. Caiazzo, Jr.; and his sister Florence Perenic. He is survived by: his daughters, Jane Caiazzo (James) and Donna Perenic (Malcolm MacKenzie III); his grandchildren, Cheryl Caiazzo Lozada, Russell Caiazzo, Ryan Caiazzo, Laura Perenic and Barbara Perenic Jablonski; and his great grandchildren, Leah Lozada, Isabella Caiazzo and Chase Jablonski.
