He was predeceased by: his parents, Julio Antonio Rodriguez and Ambrosia Torres; and his wife Angelina Pascal. He is survived by: his daughter Diane (Luis Ponce) of Newton; and his siblings, Julio Antonio Rodriguez-Torres of Bronx, NY and Katie Rodriguez of Long Island, NY. He is also survived by his three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
