She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Maurer and Gertrude Maurer. She is survived by: her husband William R. Foulkes; her daughters, Beth Foulkes Lowe and Jennifer Parkin; her grandchildren, Brennan and Kyla-Rose; and her sister Liana Thorsten. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Gail's memory may be made to Literacy Volunteers of Sussex County.
