He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Carr and Phoebe M. Carr (Heywood); and his brothers, Henry "Chick" Carr and Rev. William Carr. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Carr (Meshach); and his children, Jean Kopp, Michael, David and Joseph Carr. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
