She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathias Krizovsky and Eva Krizovsky; her husband Chester Zukowski; and her siblings, Andrew, Joseph, Edward and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Chester Zukowski, Jr. of Andalusia, Deborah Pandiscia (Michael) of Newton and Michael Zukowski of Jensen Beach, Florida; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Zukowski (Kristyn), Christine Zukowski, Jennifer Zukowski, Christina Grasso (Jack) and Anne Marie DeForge (Mark); her great grandchildren, Daniel, Samantha DeForge, Nicholas Grasso and Karina Noelle Zukowski; her sister Margaret Abdow of Verona; and her sister-in-law Mildred Krizousky of Illinois. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
