She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander M. Kasek and Josephine Kasek (Miceli); and her nephew Edward Wilhelm. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Beauvais of Orlando; her grandson Tyler Dima of Ormond Beach; her sisters, Elizabeth Wilhelm and Barbara Kasek; her nieces, Donna Snyder and Kara Wilhelm; her nephew Gary Wilhelm; and her stepchildren, Maureen Duffy-Folts, Colleen Tylka, James Jr., Robert, Patrick, Michael and Joseph Duffy.
