He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis H. Budd Sr. and Elizabeth H. Talmage; his wife Dorothy; and his brother Louis Budd. He is survived by: his children, Bruce (Geraldine) of Bethel, CT and Karen Gill (Christian Elliot) of Ossipee, NH.; his grandchildren, Egan Budd of Seattle, WA, Jordan Gill of Costa Rica and Courtney Blahosky (Jon); his sister-in-law Dorka; and his nieces and nephews, Louis III, Richard, Susan and Caroline.
