He was predeceased by: his parent Cyprian Zukowski. He is survived by: his parent Jennie Zukowski; his brothers, Joseph T. Zukowski, Sr. and Edmund J. Zukowski; his wife Eleanor Zukowski; his children, Chet Zukowski, Jr. of Andalusia, Deborah Pandiscia (Michael) of Newton and Michael Zukowski of Milford; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Zukowski (Kristyn), Christine Caserta (Domonic), Jennifer Zukowkski, Christina Grasso (Jack) and Anne Marie DeForge (Mark); his great grandchildren, Daniel DeForge, Samantha DeForge and Nicholas Grasso; and his sisters, Kitty Lattimore of Fort Collins and Marion Kowalczyk of Honesdale. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
