Because I spent so much time with my maternal Grandmother, I also spent a lot of time with her sister, our beloved and greatly missed Carmen Dixie.”

Great Aunt Carmen "Dixie" Downey was survived by a small family as well as all the members of her Lake Tranquility Seventh Day Adventist congregation members.”
