It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene F. Richter in Newton, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on September 13, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Richter; her children, Donna Pincus (Steve), Robert Richter Jr. (Sally) and Kristin Imgrund (John); her grandsons, Matthew, Robbie, John, Jack and Justin; and her sisters, Carol Mikelbank (Jim), Janet Putnam (Randy) and Virginia Ehlinger.
