He was predeceased by: his parents, Sue D'Ambrosio and Louis D'Ambrosio; his parents-in-law, Bob and Elizabeth Cook; his sister-in-law Jennifer Cook; and his nephew Ronald Petrillo.
He is survived by: his great-niece Kara (Rob Greer); his grandchildren, Jake, Ava, Dax, Jack, Audrey, Charlie, Rex and Archie; his sister Doreen Brades; his niece Kelly Petrillo; his nephew James "Jimmy" Brades (Danielle); his great-nieces, Ariana and Mia; his great-nephew Jake; his uncle Joey D (Ambrosio); his aunts, Theresa Adams (Gary) and Dolores Ewanis; his siblings-in-law, Liz (Chris Herron) and Steve (Christina Cook); and also, ChristyAnn D'Ambrosio, Jill (Taylor Pillsbury) and Bret (Sammy Bradshaw). He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives and his life long friends.
