He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dudley and Evelyhn V. Catlett Owens; his children, Charle W. Owens, Jr., Deborah Lecistown (David) and Helen Owens; his siblings, Neal Owens and Marlene Kirchner; his grandchildren, Amy Carty and James O'brien; his great grandchildren, Ashley Wyatt, Donald Carty, McKenzie and Michael O'Brien; and his great great grandchildren, Liam, Isabelle, Declan and Maverick Wyatt (Alice Garrison).
