He is survived by: his wife Helena Kafafian; his sons, Leon S. Kafafian Jr. (Patricia), Daniel J. Kafafian (Kimberly) and Thomas G. Kafafian (Monica); and his grandchildren, Saige, Nolan, Brook, Robyn, Nathaniel, Gabriel, Patience, Thomas and Noah.
