He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis and Anna Lewis; his sister Angela Shramm; and his nephew Daniel Shramm. He is survived by: his children, JoAnna Lewallen (Steven) and Charles Lewis (Kristi); his grandchildren, Andrea, Cheyenne, Sofia Lewallen and Charlie Lewis; his sister Grace Malone (William); his brother-in-law Thomas Shramm; his aunt Josephine Caporale; and his nieces, Jennifer Mackafee (Charlie), Kristen Lee (Austin) and Anna Clements (Tyler). He is also survived by two great nieces and three great nephews and many cousins and life long friends.
