He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Estella Woodridge; his sisters, Rosalind Woodridge, Lois Britton and Peggy Chardone; and his children, Vedia, Shannon, Jamal, Watrice, Walter J. and Monica. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
