He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Hall, Sr. and Mary R. Hall; his grandmother Annie Lee Barkers; and his nephew Fuquan Culpepper. He is survived by: his sons, Richard J. Hall, III (Kyisha) and Jared Ray (Noel); his grandchildren, Logan Jania, Jaxon Gray, Ayla River and Jasper Ravi; and his siblings, Felicia (Aziza Israel), Gwendolyn Redd and Myron D. Hall. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
