He is survived by: his daughters, Nelly Perez and Maria Polanco-Tate; his sons-in-law, Ismael Perez and David Tate; his granddaughters, Brianna and Natalie Perez; and his sons-in-law, Maxx and Duke.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alvarez Funeral Home Inc. (240 Mt Prospect Ave, Newark, NJ 07104).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION.
