She is survived by: her children, Nicole Polkowski and Jon Polkowski (An); her siblings, Jill Kienzlen (Richard), Stephen N. Vogel (Patricia), Kenneth C. Vogel (Margaret) and John R. Vogel (Laura); and her grandchildren, Alexander and Jason.
