We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2024, at the age of 79, Joseph A. Lyons Jr. of Newark, New Jersey, born in Irvington, New Jersey passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph A. Lyons Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his sister Ellen Marie; his parents, Agatha Lyons, (Erhard) and Joseph Lyons, Sr.; and also Elaine Lyons (Marsh). He is survived by: his daughter Grace Lyons; his son-in-law Charles Budd; his brother Frank Lyons; and his sister-in-law Bernese. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donation be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation to benefit service members and first responders who need help.
