We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2025, at the age of 74, Istra H. Rivera of Newark, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Gus Demetroudis; and her sister Isabel. She is survived by: her children, Alexander Demetroudis, Sarina Knoetig (Louis) and Lianiz Sandusky (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Veronica Demetroudis, Athena Demetroudis, Sarah Knoetig, Logan Knoetig, Luke Knoetig, Stella Knoetig, Jude Sandusky and Adora Sandusky; and her siblings, Jesús, Franco, Rafael, Ligia and Clara. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
