She was predeceased by: her spouse Willie James Cohens Sr.; her parent Richard Evans; her child Jerome Cohens; and her siblings, Nellie Mae Hodges, Inez Pearson, Ruth Kennedy, Ana Jane Evans, Tommy Jane Jenkins, Lennie B., Freddie Lee and Henry T. Evans.
She is survived by: her parent Nellie Evans; and her children, Geraldine R. Cohens Headley, Hazel Cohens, Doris Cohens Butler and James El-Amin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
